- 15 family rooms with air conditioning (room with a capacity of 3 to 5 people, maximum 4 adults or 2 adults + 3 children or 3 adults + 2 children) are not available in July / August
- 20 rooms in the main building, sea view, most are not traded in July / August (double room 2 adults + 1 child or fireside with extra bed)
